Spiritual Perspective

Being called to provide gravesite services is a profound responsibility that I take very seriously. I am acutely aware of the fact that my customers come from a wide array of religious backgrounds and spiritual beliefs, each carrying their own unique traditions and customs that are important to them. For instance, a family may wish for their loved one’s gravesite to be tended to in a manner that aligns with their specific faith.

I understand that they may not feel comfortable with someone who identifies as Protestant overseeing the gravesite of a loved one who was Roman Catholic, or vice versa. This sensitivity to differing beliefs is paramount in my approach to providing these services. I have reflected deeply on this very matter, and it is my hope that my clients find comfort in knowing that I do not adhere to any single religious doctrine.

Instead, I identify as a spiritual individual, which allows me to approach my work with an open heart and mind. My spiritual perspective enables me to honor the diverse beliefs of those I serve, creating an inclusive environment where every family feels respected and understood during their time of grief. Moreover, I sincerely believe that I have had moments of communication with those who have departed from this world, particularly with family members who have passed on and with others whom I held dear during my time on Earth. These experiences have enriched my understanding of life, death, and what may lie beyond.

I hold a firm belief in the After Life, as well as the concept of reincarnation, which further informs my approach to gravesite services. This belief system does not only shape my interactions with the deceased but also influences the way I provide comfort and support to the living. In every gravesite service I conduct, I strive to create a meaningful and personal experience that honors the deceased in a way that resonates with their family's beliefs and traditions. I take the time to listen and learn about the individual being honored, ensuring that my actions reflect their legacy and the values they held dear. By doing so, I aim to provide a space for healing and remembrance, allowing families to feel a sense of connection with their loved ones, both in this life and beyond.
